Job Description: A Pre-sales Technical support specialist will be responsible for technical enablement and providing technical/pre-sales help to Cisco Account Managers, System Engineer and other members of field sales teams for driving product sales.Job Responsibilities1. Liaison with field sales teams to conduct competitive feature analysis & clearly highlight Cisco solution strengths in a competitive environment.2.Identify and position Cisco And/Or OEM networking solutions and establish value proposition3.Educate field sales staff on technical capabilities and features of proposed Cisco solutions & products4.Having clear understanding of complementary SKU to create Bill of Material (BOM/BOQ) and present to sales organization5.Develop over all technical & communications competency for successful pre-sales technical support to field sales organization6.Building Influential Relationships: Working collaboratively with Cisco Sales – Account Team members, PSS & channel partners to meet business goals and objectives7.Effectively deliver off-site enablement & KT sessions to drive product awareness and increase adoption rates8.Effectively collaborate with other team functions to ensure requester is adequately equipped to position and defend Cisco solutions9.Martian and present KPI and statistical data for sales performance, Win/Loss analysis and revenue as and when requiredEssential:Prior Pre-Sales OR Solution Designing OR Troubleshooting or Implementation experience Prior experience of Voice based technical supportProficient in MS Office SuiteExcellent in Time Management & Problem SolvingTechnical skills: Wireless, Wi-Fi 6/6E, LAN, WAN, SDA, SD-WAN, Switching, Routing, SASEMandatory Skills: Networking background with expertise on ANY one OEM – Huawei, Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Fortinet, Arista, or Extreme NetworksCertification: Any networking domain Professional level certification in OEMs like Cisco, Huawei, HPE, Juniper, Fortinet. Preference will be given to CCNP certified professionals.
